“Beautiful Resort”

“Visited for honeymoon. We were truly happy to be here. Very nice buttler and staff, all inclusive service was perfect. Premium experience offer must be choosen if you are here with a special person. Things that I strongly recommend; - Swimming pool in infinite pool near Helios - Lobster in Helios - Steak in El Gaucho - Breakfast & Lunch in Capricho (We went there everyday) - Hidrotherapy and swimming in Spa - Chic Cabarat I wish I could visit TRS Yucatan every year :) Thank you very much...

“첫번째 방 안내받고 들어갔는데 너무 습해서 도저히 머무를 수가 없었습니다. 테이블에 올려져 있는 종이는 흐물해지고 침대는 축축했어요. 방을 바꾸는데 1시간이 넘게 걸렸고 그시간동안 우리는 그 축축한 방에서 앞으로 어떻게 보내야하나 근심걱정이었습니다. 두번째방은 축축함이 덜해서 그나마 만족했습니다. 침구류에서 때때로 심한 냄새가 났습니다. 전망은 만족스러웠으며 분위기는 평화롭고 좋았습니다. 직원들은 대부분 친절했으며 뷔페에서의 식사는 만족스러웠습니다. 예약후에 먹어야하는 멕시코 식당은 정말 만족스러웠습니다. ”

“Only thing I didn’t like is that cabanas are all around the pool for people to pay for. Got annoying cuz we just wanted a chair to put our towels on”

“Excellent stay! Greeting Upon Arrival: excellent. Very nice staff Check In: smooth process. I don't know how it happened but a pleasant surprise to be VIP. Our room was upgraded to a 1 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms and full kitchen. Amenities: excellent. Restaurants for dining, pool choices, bars Quality of Food: could be better. Quality of Service: excellent. The service was kinda slow when we arrived and ate at Agave but other than that excellent. Activities: attened the white party....

“The property was beautiful. Wish the beach was more accessible, but wasn't a big deal. Pool was fabulous and our waiter Juan was amazing. He took great care of us during our entire trip. He made sure we had chairs each day, water, food and drinks. Only negative thing I could say is the pool chairs are uncomfortable, but I would absolutely go back again. ”

“I have already started telling friends and family who are considering going to Cancun to come to The Moon Palace. My husband and I were a little nervous because we had a not great experience at a different all inclusive in the DR. The Moon Palace and all of the staff exceeded our expectations, they were so friendly and accommodating. I have pretty significant food allergies and they were incredibly attentive about it and made sure to accommodate me and make sure I knew what was and wasn’t okay...

“This was our first time at an all- inclusive in Cabo. We were quite impressed. First, the staff is great and very friendly, especially our concierge Tedd! He was the best and always in contact with us plus went over and beyond for my daughter’s birthday! Thank you Tedd! The food was very good and the service as well. My only critique would be some cleanliness issues around pool but other than that we had a great stay!”
