First time staying at the RIU Palace Cabo San Lucas and we had a great time. Check in on a Monday took a while but that is expected. Food and drinks were great! Highly impressed. Free transportation to and from the airport. If you stay at the Riu Palace you have access to the Riu Santa Fe were they have alot of parties and a private bar. Our hotel was ocean front with plenty of pool and chair space. You are not able to swim in that part of the ocean because the waves are insane but we were only 10mins away from the Medina beach were you can swim and you can get on boats to go see the arch and go to other beaches. Everyone at the resort was nice and helpful especially the waiters, waitresses, and bartenders. The front lobby looks beautiful at night with lots of lights. Loved that there is a coffee bar with iced coffees, cappuccinos, croissants, and baked goods. At night they have different shows. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return to los cabos again!

The hotel unfortunately doesn’t have a beach where one can swim, so that’s something to consider. The nearest beach to swim in is about a 15/20 minute walk along the beach.

Staff were very accommodating, upgraded us for our honeymoon. Place was very clean, staff work so hard to please. Food was top notch, large selection to choose from. Speciayliality restaurants were very good. White party was a must, Not seen anything quite like it. We will return!

the property was nice, but you couldn't swim in the water due to dangerous waves crashing loudly all day and night. there were flies everywhere, even in the restaurant....super gross!!! on my last night there i found a ROACH crawling around in the main dining hall. additionally, food was bland for 'mexico'. drinks were very weak. i literally had to walk the bar tender through making me a decent drink. the rooms were very dated and needed better tech. i coudn't even get a working iron in my room. smh.

Great all inclusive resort, a bit outside of the downtown/marina area, so you will need to take a cab/uber or walk 30 minutes if you plan to go there. Great customer service, staff goes above and beyond! Several pool areas to relax, full access to Riu Santa Fe across the street. Several agents on site available daily to arrange tours/ activities. Riu Party is a blast, highly recommended! Food is average at best, but lots of variety. Some of the mixed drinks seem to be watered down. Each room is stocked with a mini bar and fridge full of various beverages, all complimentary, but little to no premium liquour available.
