"Everyone was polite and kind. Easy access, metro is right outside and so are food options and a quick walk to Paseo de la Reforma. I would stay again."

"I had a really positive stay at the NH Collection Mexico Reforma in Mexico City. The hotel is in a prime spot in the zona rosa with lots of welcoming vibes. Plus, the price for the quality I received was fantastic, so definitely a great value. Overall, I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable and well-located stay."
"My recent 7 day stay at the Hotel Geneve was like a dream. The hotel is a historic 100 year old elegant masterpiece. The location is just a few blocks in one direction to the Reforma, it is walkable to the Roma Norte and Condesa neighborhoods and 3 blocks from a major transit center where one can use the excellent metro system and buses. It is also near to the Turibus, (hop on hop off) stop. Best of all it is in a teeming area of restaurants, art galleries, bars and coffee shops. I actually teared up having to leave. The staff were wonderful and attentive. If you are going to Mexico City and you DO NOT want the standard hotel that is Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Four Seasons this is the place. Can't wait to go back.

"Enjoyed my stay here. Staff was friendly and respectful. This location is within walking distance to Chapultepec Park. Perfect for those that like to jog. This park is bigger than Madison Square Garden. Very clean rooms and close to many restaurants. This one of the safest areas on Mexico City. You can take a quick 5 minute Uber ride to Polanco and Atara mall. "
"A perfect hotel in CDMX location, a lot of walkable tourist attractions, restaurants, bars and public transportation. The staff was very helpful and they even stored our luggage for us a few hours after checkout. The front desk was very attentive to anything that was needed. Definitely will be staying here again. "
