"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Marbella. The hotel and staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They upgraded our room when we arrived due to our room not being ready and gave us complimentary drinks at their bar. The suite hotel room was very spacious and very comfortable. The one complaint that we had was the toilet in the bathroom was positioned awkwardly so that the top couldn’t go all the way up. Again very minor inconvenience. It feels very safe in the neighbourhood and is very close to the metro bus station which can take you anywhere to the city with easy connections to the metro . The hotel looks pretty updated and room is clean and the housekeeping lady was helpful and did a very good job. If the hotel room had air conditioning , it would be perfect .
