We had an amazing time in our stay at the Barceló Reforma hotel in Mexico City. The hotel is clean, the staff is welcoming and helpful, the food is delicious. We bookend the premium level stay and we totally recommend it, they serve breakfast, snacks and dinner, they have happy hour, the coffee is delicious, I can only say they are amazing!

I am so happy my family, and I decided to go with this hotel. It was in the center, it was also walking distance to many taco shops, 10 minute walk from the plaza, it was an accessible spot. The nights we were there they had a beautiful violinist and a pianist playing at the bar. The hotel was gorgeous, the staff were amazing and attentive. I would definitely come back and highly recommend.

The front desk service, the room was really comfortable and clean, well equipped and the breakfast was excellent as usual. We absolutely loved our stay at Barcelo Mexico Reforma. Location was great!! The restaurant Sonora grill on the Lobby was amazing!! My husband likes to stay at hotels with a good spa and sauna and this was definitely approved. A+ for all the service there!! We would definitely go back and stay there again.

Our stay was amazing, the room was clean, the staff very kind, the breakfast and dinner delicious great customer service. The only thing we didnt liked was the shower gel and body wash, none of them smell nice.

Great hotel location not only for the Reforma business district but also only 30 minutes walk past the stunning Alameda Park and Palacio Belles Artes to the Zocalo Plaza de la Constitucion centeal square. Try the delicious Sonora Grill and do not miss out on the wonderful breakfast buffet. Pool and sauna a little disappointing. However gym looked well appointed.

Barceló Reforma is one of the best deals in town. Centrally located and with all the amenities one can desire. Their breakfast is one of the most complete in town, with a selection for all palates... Neither my first nor my last time with them.

Beautiful, clean and high-end hotel at affordable price. Centrally located in the Reforma close to all major neighborhoods. The staff is polite, courteous and professional. The amenities are top rate. There's a full size gym with all the essential machines. The equipment is in good condition. The pool has 3 hot tops. Overall, this hotel has everything you require.

Where I start… ok… first, check in personal super awesome and helpful. The room super clean and nice, everything at order. Breakfast buffet excellent. We can order smoothies, Gorditas, omelettes, your eggs your choice. Then at 6 pm snacks buffet the whole staff super awesome. The whole experience was amazing.
