I stayed in a gorgeous suite in the new Pyramid Tower. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, wonderfully equipped and had a fabulous view of the cathedral and zocalo area. All of the staff was friendly and helpful and the location is great for exploring the Centro Histórico area.

Excellent location, service, and hospitality. Location downtown next to the Cathedral, square, and shopping streets. The service was very good either at reception, restaurant, room service, or housekeeping. Also excellent hospitality, first day free breakfast, tea, coffee, fruit, and cockies most of the day.
