The staff was amazing, starting with the young lady at the airport and the gentleman that picked us up from the airport. The staff at the front desk super helpful as my mom arrived a day earlier and was not familiar with the area. We will stay there again for sure.

Our shuttle can as expected and the hotel communicated with us via email prior to our arrival. The hotel and room was very clean. We had a large room with a king bed. The linens and bed very good quality and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Modern hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds, coffee machine and safe, but no closets, just a rod with hangers under the table. Power outlets with USB-A slots and light switches everywhere. Fast shuttlebus every half-hour to/from Mexico City Int'l Airport (MEX).

The hotel is very well situated with modern amenities, however the shower had issues with the drainage and the water overflowed onto the floor. The toilet was in a separate room where both the light and fan were motion activated which meant that the door needed to stay closed in order not to hear the loud fan. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful.

The room needed washcloths. There were none. The BEST of the staff enthisiastically greeted us upon our arrival and was equally kind when we departed. The rest of the staff appeared to be meeting the requirements of their jobs.

We were under the impression that the hotel offered Continental breakfast but They Do Not. We still had our breakfast there due to our flight schedule. The Breakfast was great! Excellent service. * 3 persons- 2 meals, 2 coffees some fruit - yoghurt and pan mexicano. $1,120.00 pesos. Excellent Shuttle Service!

Excellent location close to the airport. Beautiful Room With Modern amenities and finishes. The only downside was the rain shower splashes onto the ledge of the shower pan and then runs into the shower room and out the door into the main room. Had to use the bath mat and hand towels to mop up the mess. There's no hook in the shower room for the bath towels. Overall it was an excellent value for the money and I would stay again.

nice hotel and close to airport. We stay there for long layover in mexico city. unfortuntely my room heating system was not working, it is new year eve and technician were off the work. i can tell they are trying to solve the problem. with extra blanket, we were able to have a warm new year eve sleep. one thing to point out is their name is not "grand prix" anymore, it is "weenjoy", so when you try to find their airport office, it is "weenjoy", we did not know that and ended up having a uber to get to hotel

The room had modern features that are rare in hotels in that country. It was fresh and clean. The staff was very friendly and polite. The transportation was comfortable and convenient; I recommend taking one before your planned time, as it is first-come, first-served. The restaurant's food was very delicious and well-presented. The desserts were just heavenly delicious!
