"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay at Onto! We absolutely loved our stay at Onto! From start to finish, the experience was wonderful. A special shoutout to Louis, who truly made our stay exceptional. He gave us fantastic recommendations - example to our favorite taqueria which wasn't even on our list to visit! Louis was so patient even when I asked the same questions a few times, and provided excellent service throughout. We were mostly in touch with him during his shift, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The rest of the staff were also warm, welcoming, and attentive — you can really tell customer care is a priority here. Our room was one of the best I’ve stayed in: beautifully clean, modern, with so much storage and counter space — something I’ve never had enough of in other hotels! Everything felt thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to come back!"

"The rooms are super clean and most importantly, it's pretty quiet too. I was reluctant to book given it's directly on a main street, however, it's affordability won me over. I purchased ear plugs for both myself & my spouse before the trip and found we didn't need them at all. It was very quiet even with our window open at night. (Interior room). Staff is super helpful with recommendations. Didn't have the optional breakfast as there are sooo many options within walking distance. "
