“Efficient location, good food, kind staffs. There are four elevators that are inefficiently managed. It takes a while to get to the lobby or gym etc. Sometimes towels are missing after cleaning a room. No hot water at 3AM If took me 30 minutes to check-in because a incompetent lobby staff didn’t know how to check-in one person booking for two rooms.”

“Hotel’s room was good size and has the amenities needed for the stay, although there is no a/c I did not feel the need. Staff is very kind, respectful and supportive. They provided with information and always eager to assist. Restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. Good location, easy to move around on public transportation, walking and uber. Definitely will recommend and return.”

“Muy acogedor”

“Clean rooms , conveniently located . Close to mayor attractions. Self paking lot. Secure property”

“was good cozy and relaxing ”

“Terrible experience, they overbooked the place and left me with no options. The customer service staff is the worst I have ever experienced they are still unresponsive for my refund so I will take them to the authorities (PROFECO) I will never stay at a Wynwood property and I will make sure everyone knows about how they handle their business ”

“Service on the lobby was terrible. They were too slow. And The staff'Jessica' on the front was very unfriendly and rude. ”
