The hotel location is perfect. The staff and security are friendly and respectful. The communication is excellent. You can't beat the rates. I would definitely stay here again.

Good property. . Had everything you need for an extended stay. Very clean, spacious, air conditioned, all in one washer/dryer combo and balcony. Kitchen had everything you need to make yourself a meal, and provided bar cart with shaker and tools to make drinks. Downsides to the unit I stayed in faced a busy street a busy street was a lot of traffic noise, and emergency vehicles throughout the night especially on weekends. So if you’re a light sleeper keep that in mind. There is also active construction site out front as of September 2026. With that said it is a great location in Juarez bordering Roma Norte. It’s about a 10 minute walk to Insurgentes Metro Station (Pink line), Monumento a la Independencia (El Angel) is out the door and down the street. If you are a tourist, all the hop on hop off buses stop here, and you can buy your ticket at this stop. Plenty shops, restaurants and Reforma 222 (mall) is 10 minutes walk. Other things to note, it is a gated building with security that will let you in. Also there is a police station next door, but the neighbourhood felt safe. I’d recommend staying here and I would stay here again.

I had a great stay at Capitalia El Ángel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay feel easy and relaxing. I was under the impression this was a hotel. It is not. It's an apartment complex where they rent out the units. The check-in process what horrible. I couldn't even locate the building. There is absolutely no signs anywhere. I had to ask a random person where I could find the building. When I finally arrived thats when I foudn out it was an appointment building. I was greated by a security guard who told me I had failed to fill iut the required forms. I was not aware of any forms. It took about an hour for me to "check-in". When I finally got my door code the code didn't even work. I had to call customer service AGAIN. I booked through expidia thinking it was a hotel. The unit itself is loud. The windows are absolutely thin. We were on the 14th floor. I could hear a kid dribbling a ball on the ground level. We definitely didn't get a good night sleep. The water pressure in the shower is nonexistent. It wad the worst I have ever encountered. It was little droplets . The bedroom was hot. There is no ventilation in the bedroom.

El lugar luce excepcional, está muy limpio, el personal de vigilancia es muy atento, la ubicación es excelente, no llevamos auto pero tiene para estacionamiento. El único detalle es que las ventanas no son aislantes de ruido. Si te gusta dormir hasta tarde o si eres de sueño ligero , no es una opción para ti.

Al principio pensé que era estafa por el precio, pero nada que ver, nuevo todo y muy limpio, tiene hasta secadora ! Ubicación excelente y me ahorró mucho tiempo, sin duda será mi alojamiento más veces ! Lo único que agregaría sería una aspiradora o escoba para poder yo limpiar !

Una de las peores experiencias que hemos tenido en un alojamiento. El acceso a la propiedad dependía de un código que nunca nos fue proporcionado, a pesar de haber completado el check-in con anticipación, al llegar de madrugada no pudimos entrar y fue imposible contactar a alguien que resolviera la situación. La falta de atención y de respuesta convirtió nuestra llegada en una experiencia muy estresante. No recomendaría este alojamiento a quienes necesiten un proceso de llegada confiable, especialmente si viajan de noche.

La habitación es muy bonita, tiene bonito diseño y muy buena distribución, es buena opción si viajas por varios días ya que tiene cocina, lavadora con secadora, plancha, secadora para el cabello y todos los utensilios de cocina que pudieras necesitar. Una cosa muy importante para mí y considero que para muchas personas es la limpieza cosa en la que me fallaron… la cobija a pie de la cama olía a pies, el edredón estaba sucio, no sé cuántas personas habían dormido antes que yo ahí y no han cambiado las sábanas ni el edredón, había cabellos y hasta piel muerta entre las sábanas, me di cuenta porque al acostarme y cobijarme me empezó a dar comezón la piel, me descobije y pensé qué tal vez había chinches por lo que revisé minuciosamente y eso fue lo que encontré. Cuando me metí a bañar a simple vista se veía limpio pero ya bañándome vi en la pared cabellos, por lo que deduje que no habían lavado el baño tampoco, desafortunadamente no llevaba chanclas, si reservan lleven las suyas. En cuanto al contacto con el anfitrión tiene que ser mediante expedia y contestan con archivos, cosa que no me agradó. Para el anfitrión: considere más importante la limpieza, es muy bonito el diseño pero si no está limpio el diseño no es suficiente. Gracias.

El edificio continúa en construcción. No hay fachada, letrero, número en la propiedad. Elevador en obra gris. Gente trabajando desde temprano, mucho ruido. Por lo mismo, mucho polvo dentro de la habitación.
