I usually do not write reviews, but my stay at ULIV Cibeles truly stood out. The property is very clean and located in an excellent area, close to major tourist sites, restaurants, public transportation, and the market. Customer service was great, security is available 24 hours a day, and the indoor parking is a big plus. I would gladly stay here again.

The location is perfect, you’ve great surrounding locations for food, coffee, pastries. The unit itself was spacious. Only detail it lack would be cleanliness. In a safe area, with minima noise.

The staff was great here! I will say there was a slight smell in the gym and in our bathroom that was a little off putting at first, but the facilities, local culture and overall experience made up for it. I wish they provided extra towels for longer stays and offered complimentary housekeeping at least once… that would’ve made it an excellent stay for me.
