โThe property was very quaint. We were greeted in a very welcoming manner. Check in was brief. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, even with helping to get a driver for the early morning ride to the airport. โ
โThe cleaning staff were excellent. A special mention for our housekeeper, Abigail. The pool area was relaxing. The restaurant lunch and dinner were excellent. If I am in Accra again, I would definitely stay there again. โ

โVery clean property. I was worried about the a/c but I ended up needing to wear pajamas to be not cold. ๐ lots of restaurants in the area and safe to walk. Short taxi ride to the beach. Iโd stay there again if I go back to Accra!!๐๐โ

โI like this hotel. It was very comfortable and cozy. I think alisa hotel is one of the international hotel in Accra. For foreigner, hotel serve a lot of comport things to rest. The staffs were so wonderful. All of staffs treat me as friend I could talk with staffs without any problem. I will stay again if I could come to Accra again.โ
โThe old concept of offering genuine โservice with a smileโ is a rare thing these days but is alive and well in the Coconut Grove Regency Hotel in Accra. From first contact, the standard of customer service was exceptional.
A 2-hour flight delay late made us worry that the free hotel transport would be long gone but as we exited Accraโs brand spanking new Terminal 3, it was great to see our name on a board held by the Regencyโs friendly and approachable driver.

โThe room was clean and spacious, with a good queen size bed. I asked for a quiet room, and the hotel made sure my request was fullfilled.
Our KLM flight was at 10.15pm, and we wanted late check out at 6pm. Usually hotels in Ghana would charge a full night for such late check out, but the hotel gave us a very good offer. We are going to stay at this hotel next time we are in Accra. โ
