"My Mother and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The Customer service was very good and the room was very clean and comfortable. We were in a convenient location for City Tours too which was handy. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good although there were always a few things that were unavailable, especially desserts. All of the staff were very polite to us and made our experience better. They also provide shuttle for the airport which was perfect. We will definitely consider this hotel if we return to Accra "

Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavour. The spa? Absolutely divine. I indulged in two treatments and left feeling completely rejuvenated. It’s not just a hotel ,it’s an experience. Transparent pricing, no hidden charges, and exceptional service throughout. "Frankie's is right on the high street in Osu, walkable to all of the bars, restaurants and shops on Oxford Street and the surrounding streets. The restaurant is good, breakfast has a huge variety of options, and the meals are really generous so you won't go hungry. There is a little bar and terrace outside, a bakery and ice cream parlour, and a shawarma place out front which is really delicious and always busy - great for a not-so-huge meal that is fresh and tasty. I've been going to Frankie's for years to eat, or get ice cream, or go to the bakery. This is the first time I have stayed there and it was great, the staff are so friendly and helpful."
