My apologies for the miscommunication in regards to the alarm that sounded - It was unfortunately a false alarm that was triggered on our Ground Floor Rooms that are currently being refurbished, hence the reason why there was no concern for panic. Good Afternoon, Thank you for the feedback provided following your stay - Please see below feedback: - Following your request on the day of Check In for an additional towel - Our Executive Housekeeper personally checked the room every single day to ensure that your room is perfectly done - She especially made sure that you had sufficient towels and also provided my with feedback daily once she checked your room. - Upon Check Out you mentioned that your room was made when you had the "Do not Disturb Sign" up - I personally checked the CCTV footage as well as the notes from our Housekeeping Supervisor and it was the "Make Up Room" signage that was hung on the door. - Upon your Check Out I was at the Front Desk and assisted you and you did not mention anything about items being missing from your room - Please advise? - Our showers do not have Shower Curtains as it has a Shower Glass that runs along the side of the shower. - Irons / Ironing Boards are provided upon request - You enquired about this upon Check In and I explained to you the arrangement accordingly. - Microwaves - Only our 2 Bedroom Chalets have microwaves. I explained to you upon Check In that our Hotel Bedrooms do not have microwaves and advised that the kitchen will heat any food for you with pleasure - You are welcome to call Room Service and they would assist. - Breakfast - We do not have Duck on our Breakfast / Lunch or A la Carte Menu.
