Atsu, I stayed at Golden Crystal Hotel for six nights, and it was an amazing experience. Austen and his team were incredibly kind, respectful, and professional throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The security staff were also exceptional, always willing to help guests carry their luggage upstairs and assist whenever needed. Everyone on the team deserves recognition, a promotion, and a raise—seriously! I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend Golden Crystal Hotel to my family, friends, and anyone looking for a great place to stay. Thank you to Austen and the entire team for making my visit so memorable.

I really enjoyed my staff. If you don’t feel like going out you can just walk across to the restaurant lounge area. I watch the FiFA games there too. The gym is nice and so is the pool lounging area. Every morning breakfast is served and there is a small cafe there were you can enjoy it. It also has a microwave, kettle, and sink there because I only had a refrigerator in my room. Overall it was great I was recommended. The only issue I had was with the internet it kept dropping off but that could be because of the rainy season. I stayed June 2026.

Check in was not as smooth as I expected. I realised they don’t use online bookings as much even though it’s an option, it is better to book on site. The staff were helpful though. You’ll need to go with your own soap, toothpaste as the hotel doesn’t provide that.

5-Star Staff. Absolutely wonderful. Reception resolved our check-in issue quickly and professionally, and we were delighted with the entire staff & our visit. Delicious breakfast, beautiful pool.

The washroom smells so bad . No door mats . With breakfast fast I was told there no options . That is only tea . I carried my bags with my baby and they were watching me . Later the security man offered to help .

This is not the original Golden Crystal Experience prior to massive renovation and apparent split into 2 separate hotels. Staff rude..bathroom rug dirty..only 1 towel though reservation was for 2 adults..restaurant service slow and rude enough that after a 2 hour wait and being sent from one location to another, my husband gave up and left. Check in staff apparently rude to my husband. I made the reservation in his name, so he would be able to pick me up at airport at 7 AM. We live 4 hours away. They gave him all kinds of grief, the one staff member suposedly able to handle an expedia reservation was not there, they acted like they thought my husband was a fraud. I stayed in the Golden Crystal Experience every Monday to Wednesday for 18 months. My husband on several occasions drove me, had dinner and spent the night before driving home. My name on the credit card should have been familiar to the staff..apparently not. Gone was the fluffy fleece throw on the bed. Shower gel dispenser in the shower was empty. The light in the bathroom did not work. There were many switches on the walls that didn't seem to connect to anything, an electrical mishap waiting to occur. The sheets were clean and the bed had good back support. But that is not enough for me to bother trying to stay here again.
