먹을만한 음식이 없음
객실은 매우 깨끗하게 관리되고 있으나 몇몇 방에서 불쾌한 냄새가 너무 많이 나서 머리가 아플 정도였다. 숙박하는 사람이 많아 방을 바꾸기도 어려웠지만 그 냄새 속에서 지내다가 3일만에 방을 바꿨다. 뷔페, 내부 레스토랑에는 동양인이 먹을만한 음식은 전혀 없다. 다만 수영장 시설이 잘 구비되어 있고 객실 또한 청결함을 유지하는 것은 만족한다. 비행기 출발 도착 시간에 맞추어 체크인 아웃 타임을 조정해준 직원에게도 감사하다

The breakfast at this hotel is phenomenal, but the only issue I had at this property was the room itself. I had requested a room, and was given something else. I have stayed at this hotel before and had an anmazing experience, was expecting the same this time around, but was highly disappointed.

Amenities-10 out of 10 Room-6 out of 10, I rated this way because more attention is needed in this area. Getting in/out of the bathtub is challenging. Either create an entry door into the bathtub that allows guests to walk in/out or eliminate the bathtub option and create walk in showers. The way it is set up now makes it hard for children and people with mobility limitations. Also, there weren't enough towels for 2 people, so we had to request more and for some reason the towels are not given in any type of sequence. For example, we had 2 bath size towels, one hand towel and zero face towels as opposed to 2 of everything. Staff-10 out of 10. Very accommodating!!! Their attention to detail is impeccable. Property-10 absolutely stunning!! I can't even put into words the beauty of the hotel. AMAZING!!

The breakfast nuffet was amazing, delicious food and lots of variety. I also like the trainer Promise he was great, he trained, wiped down the machines and signed guests in all at the same time. Staff there are personable, accommodating and friendly.

Not up to par
First our room had mold. Then moved to another room without air conditioning. Our entire stay was two days, too much of which was spent addressing these issues. Amenities amazing, just wish rooms were on par.

I travel a lot and have stayed in many 5 star hotels. The level of service at Kempinski Gold Coast was superior to ALL other hotels. The staff went above and beyond to meet my needs. They made me feel like family. Loved the breakfast and the spa and my beautiful room. If there is a Kempinski where I will be traveling, I will make it my choice.

I stayed 11days and the entire staff and the “lady in red” team made our stay amazing. Is Kempinski expensive? Yes! In my opinion, being away from home and feeling safe and comfortable was important to me especially since I was traveling with my 7yr old. Breakfast buffet staff was always courteous. Porters, the entire cleaning team (Jemima), front desk, Peter at the pool with the pool lounge team. The hotel’s furniture and fixtures should be updated in the near future, but that’s minor stuff to me if the team is amazing. I even fell sick during my last few days with a cough, totally not their fault, but they made sure to offer me a clinic visit and a pharmacist to get me some medicine for my cough. And complimentary breakfast in my room since I wasn’t well enough to go downstairs for breakfast. Thanks to the entire team (daisy, Jemima, Peter, Angelo, Stephen K, managers, list is too long to mention each person) for making my stay comfortable and memorable! I’ll stay again!
