From start to finish my experience was fantastic. The hotel staff were amazing, can I give a special shout out to James, who was extremely professional. He was very attentive and listened to any minor concerns I may have had. He is an absolute credit to his industry that he works in, along with the other members of staff. My hotel suite was superb, very very clean. The whole hotel looks stunning.. I came to Ghana, Accra in particular in 2024 and my experience then was dismal and very negative. But something was drawing me back to Ghana and I must admit my faith has been restored by the Kwarleyz Residence Hotel experience.. I will be definitely recommending this hotel to people I encounter when I get back to the UK. This Hotel and Staff definitely deserve 5 stars. Well done guys you all are amazing

The stay at Kwarleyz is always an amazing experience. The staff there are all super amazing and they all go out of their way to give you an amazing experience. From stay 1… my Butler Alex has given impeccable service. And please do visit the spa for a most relaxing and amazing massage!

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Originally planned as a one-night stop, we were so impressed by the experience that we extended our stay to three nights. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was a top priority. The room was immaculate, with a spacious layout and modern appliances that made our stay incredibly comfortable. The bed was soft yet supportive, complemented by superior bedding that made for restful nights. The decor was both tasteful and modern, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We also took full advantage of the clean, air-conditioned gym, which was impressively well-equipped for a hotel facility. The pool area was stunning and provided a relaxing escape, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The waitstaff were exceptional—always helpful, courteous, and eager to ensure our experience was perfect. For the quality and amenities offered, the cost was very reasonable. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family and look forward to revisiting in the future. It’s a rare gem that perfectly balances luxury, comfort, and affordability. Worth every penny!

The room was good to look at but there was no service amenities which was very upsetting for the cost. Also although the staff tried to be accommodating checking out was too much of a delay. No bar or restaurant on property and so we were left to order from outside restaurants. How inconvenient and therefore not a great stay.

My stay at this Hotel was just okay. While the accommodations were decent, I experienced inconsistent communication with staff and felt there was a bit of nickel and diming throughout my visit. I’m still waiting on my deposit to be returned, which has added to my overall disappointment. The experience could have been better with more transparency and professionalism. When I return to Accra, I don’t plan to stay here again.
