Dear Brian, thank you for your review, we apologize for your bad experiences. but first of all we operate a hostel and not a hotel and when you check our website we haven't advertise any refrigerator in any of our rooms. secondly, you booked for a single room which comes with one towel per day. thirdly, i spoke with you with regards to the hot water issue and that we would change the room, but you decline saying you would have asked for a room swap only if you were staying for a longer period, since it was just a night it was Ok. All the above issues raised is well noted, management will surely work on it. thank you.

We have purchased new remote controls that are very user friendly. A new water pump has also been purchased so the upper floors have good water pressure. Apologies for that. The phones in the rooms are just for internal calls in the hotel. it cannot call outside the walls of the hotel. It is disappointing to learn from you that we over promised and under delivered.
