"Room had a nice view of the lake. Staff very helpful. Nice breakfast with view as well. Our room didn’t have a/c so, the room was a little stuffy. During the day you can open the back door but, you couldn’t at night. Overall a nice place. Quiet and up the hill a bit but, you could drive easily to town."

"The property was very nice, the rooms were clean, the staff were very friendly. The only problem we had was the bar and sitting area were not opened very long. We were playing cards and they came and told us the area we were in was closing at 8:00 pm, and sure enough they closed all the lights on us. The bar and coffee area was supposed to be open until 7:30pm, we arrived at 7:20pm to get a coffee and we were told they already cleaned the coffee machine. The next day we arrived at the bar/coffee station at 6:00 pm wanting to buy and drink and we were told the machine was broken. It doesn’t take a working machine to give us two beers and two cokes out of the fridge. Sorry but this really annoy us."

"We had a very nice stay at VAYA Achensee. The hotel is modern with good wellness and pool area, espacialy the outdoor natural water pool was great. Very friendly staff and good breakfast and dinner."
