Servicen var upรฅklagelig โ alltid smilende, tilgjengelig og genuint interessert i รฅ gjรธre oppholdet vรฅrt sรฅ behagelig som mulig.

โWe believed 4 star mark, but this hotel cannot be 4 star.
1. The bedding, sheet and chair conditions are not clean, cheap and thin material with low quality.
2. Temperature of room was freezing cold in October, so we asked heating and portable heater but they provide blanket. However we could not use, it was not clean and we afraid bedbug and flea. We cannot sleep.
3. The quality of breakfast was so poor.

โWe are so glad we found this gem. Beautiful medieval residence in a historically rich environment! Carlo was an exceptional host, attentive to every detail. We had a wonderful breakfast prepared by him the next morning. If we are in Italy again we will definitely stay here. Our only regret is that we werenโt able to stay longer.โ
