“Difficult to find in this crowded beach area Specific directions needed so one doesn’t get lost getting there”

“On our arrival the manager was extremely rude stating we had not paid, when I showed him our paid confirmation he was still rude, complaining that he hadn't been paid. The bedrooms had no amenties as advertised. Eg no black out curtains (light was on outside all night and curtains were almost clear in colour), safe did not work, single sheets on double beds, no towels. The shared kitchen was absolutely discusting. One small pot and one medium pot, 2 spoons and NO powerpoints that could be...

“Amazing place with great vistas of environs, yet located in the centre of town with amenities within easy walking distance. Premises are pristine in cleanliness but preserves overall natural setting including pomegranate trees in the courtyard. Family owned business is well run and inviting for guests without being in the least intrusive-a combination difficult to pull off in this day and age. Kudos to this organisation.”

It was just me staying here the whole time and i booked a delux room that says under facilities u can use a shared communal kitchen and i get there and the lady trys telling me i cant use the kitchen when they advertise i can and thats why i booked it.
