Adams Morgan, Washington hotel rooms at the Remington

"It’s not far from Metro stops. Parking near the hotel is a bit of a challenge (out front are posted “No parking, etc.”) It’s a convenient location to WH & Smithsonian. No fridge in the room was kind of lame. The Nespresso machine was nice. Everything is very clean. And they hold bags for you for the day- nice perk . "

"Our stay here was great. The hospitality from the staff was fantastic especially since it was a very busy hotel. Mike G. checked us in and was friendly and knowledgeable and welcoming. He had great suggestions for parking our vehicle while we were DC. The house staff and the managers were all visible and ready to help out even in the dining room clearing tables each morning to make room during the very busy complimentary breakfast that was cooked to order. We would stay here again. "

"I liked the hotel—great location and friendly staff. However, I was disappointed by unexpected charges at checkout. I paid about $91 at check-in, which I was aware of based on my Expedia reservation. But the additional $145 charged at checkout was never disclosed during the booking process. Greater transparency about fees would have made for a much better experience."
