Lobby furniture dirty, stained, smelled like weed and cigarettes, room was extremely dirty, roaches by the sink in the room and room smelled like weed and cigarettes. Should be advertised as a motel. Bedding had stains and looked really run down.

No tv in room and the staff was rude, loud and didn't care they had a failure on thier end. They were arguemenitive and would interrupt vs listen. Management wasn't any better. I would rather sleep in my car than deal with them again and I will never use this place again. I genuinely hipe they go bankrupt and someone with a little character buys it out and makes good of it.

The room was excellent. It was big and roomy and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was nice. The staff was wonderful. They were happy to help. The hotel is easily accessed by bus.

Great place to stay last minute deposit was different but otherwise great. Loved this place ❤️ great rooms and staff only issue was key cards got unprogrammed a few times and people not followimg the rules of a smoke free place inside the elevators and out front.
