It was very disappointing to see what used to be a good hotel in that poor state! Room no amenities - tv not working, poor internet connectivity etc!

Not so great
I have stayed at this hotel before. This time there was a cockroach on one of the pillows and I had to kill it so I could sleep. I mentioned to the front desk when I checked out and they barely acknowledged me.

The staff could not try harder to ignore the guests. I was there with another couple that stayed there. Horrible experience for both of us.

Overall I would not stay here again. Some of the staff are lovely but others are unhelpful and look out upon if you ask for something. At the end of our stay they tried to make us pay for an extra day because there was a mixup on their end with Expedia. Their behavior was unprofessional and they unapologetically delayed is by half an hour, despite the fact that we could show a confirmation for having paid the complete amount. Also the floors in the room look like they’ve never been vaccuumed ever.

Dear Mrs. Thank you for your comment. I understand the situation was annoying. But the problem was the confirmation letter we got from the expedia central. Your one night payment is still pending on the system. we are asking expedia to help us. hope you will help us in this misunderstanding.

Nice staff decent breakfast. Good though compatatively pricey Indian restaurant. Okay room but could use a refresh. 15 min from airport in relatively lively area Free airport shuttle.

OK hotel for a short stay, great Staff
I chose to stay in the hotel because I have family and friends that live in the area. I know the neighborhood well so I was prepared for the noise level so it did not bother me much, The staff at this hotel work very hard at making your stay pleasant. The Internet access was much better compared to my last stay about 6 month ago. The rooms are a bit run down but clean, the shower in my room wasn't functional so I had to use the one at the GYM on the 8th floor. Overall you can get much better value for your money if you stay somewhere else but for me the convenience of staying in the neighborhood was worth it. I can't say enough good things about the staff, from the security guards, Front Desk, Room service etc, they all work very hard to make everyone happy.

The Internet is, as expected in Addis, horrible. Its free, but you can barely read your email. The Indian restaurant downstairs is amazing however.

Good and Comfort hotel to stay.
We travelled to Ethiopia on a business visit stayed in this hotel for almost 7 nights, its a good property in a good location. some road constructions are going nearby which made little bit uncomfort for the travel but it may get completed in couple of months. Everything like Banks, Grocery, taxi services are handy. Even the hotel do Airport pickup and drop free of cost. They provide complementary Sauna and steam which is very good. Indian restaurant serves Indian food it is not that tasty, but ok in Ethiopia. Breakfast really good with varieties of foods, Fruits, juices, Indian food etc. Its a good hotel for the business traveller.

Beautiful hotel
I did enjoy my stay at dreamliner hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, neat and homely. The staff too were very welcoming.

Nice hotel with access to the UN Conference Center
I had a great experience. It was just what I was looking for. Convenience getting to the conference center and the price was affordable.

The hotel is in a good location if you are there on business. If you are with a loved one it is not so good. As the hotel has no grounds or gardens to walk through or swimming pool to laze around.

I stayed in the premier deluxe room. The room was comfortable however, the shower didn't have pressure. The worst was the wardrobe only had hanging facility and there was no place to keep my cloths. Lights are less. The room on the street side is better as the backside there is always noise if school n loudspeaker.

Für Addis - toll.
ZI 601, 602, 301 und 311 -Zimmertüren lassen sich nur mit sanftem nachhelfen schliessen. Dürfte Standard sein. Zimmer ordentlich und Sauber. Nichts auszusetzen. Frühstück - Ararbisch/chinesich/englicher Standard, weniger europäisch. Alles in allem - guter bis sehr guter Standard.

Nice hotel for an fiar price
I stayed at the hotel for 4 night. I was on a business trip. The hotel is clean and the stuff is freindly. The street where it is on is a bit noisy at night. So you might ask for a room away from the street. All in all the price/value ratio is good.

this hotel is pleasant and the staff is helpful
The location is good, not far from the international airport. Usually, taxi drivers know the directions. The two restaurants are good. The Indian one is visited by people not residing at the hotel, which is already a good sign. The airport shuttle bus is free and frequent. The rooms are ok.

Schade, als Erstes musste ich diskutieren weil angeblich mein bezahlter Betrag nur für eine Person sei und ich 20USD pro Uebernachtung nachzahlen soll! Nach einiger Diskussionen und Telefonaten hatte es sich erledigt??? Als ich wieder eincheckte für eine Uebernachtung vor meinem Ablugsdatum wieder das Selbe!! Dieses Mal bezahlte ich die 20USD um weitere Diskussionen zu vermeiden!!!! Das Empfangspersonal ist nicht kompetent! Das Frühstück war hingegen iO und auch das Zimmer immer sauber und gepflegt! Jedoch würde ich es nicht noch einmal besuchen.

Hotel is very comfortable and new. The management couldn't find my Hotels.com reservation and wasn't particularly helpful in getting the situation resolved.

Arrogante bediendes voor roomservice
Toen ik geimporteerde wijn vrieg kreeg ik plaatselijke slechte wijn. Omdat ik die ongeopend terug gaf kreeg ik een ganse redevoering dat ze die dan zelf zouden moeten betalen omdat het ticket al geprint was . Ook het vervoer naar de luchthaven liet te wensen over . De chauffeur reed als een gek omdat ik hem bij het eerste vervoer naar het hotel geen fooi had gegeven . Ik kom hier zeker nooit meer terug .

Stop complaining - it is good value for money
I have read a few whinging reviews of this hotel. I work with a govt in the ME and frequently stay in Crowne Plaza/ Hilton etc, so can compare from ***** star to zero. Sure, Dreamliner looks a little tired and could do with an uplift - new carpets?, but for the money it is okay and better value than similar in Addis. I think **** is ambitious, more like ***, but even so the cost is ok. Airport transfers - prompt and helpful, certainly take the stress out of arrival. The location is not great, but not bad once you get to know Addis. One hundred birr will get you to anywhere on Churchill in a taxi - they will ask far more but crumble as soon as you start walking... or walk to Bole Rd and ride for a few birr on a mini or yellow bus. There is a govt shop in the post office on Churchill where you can get souvenirs ... limited range but saves haggling with vendors. To do: 1. Entoto - take minibuses up the hill (St Mary's/Summer Palace) and walk down. Even the ladies who carry the fire wood are happy - especially if you donate Tenbr to the cause. 2. Churches - many. St George near Piassa is the main one, but check up on the opening times. 3. Addis Restaurant - North of Piassa. It is the old palace - quaint with local buffet and Tetch ... a sort of honey beer / mead. 4. Meta beer distribution store - near Temoca cafe. Elevenbr/bottle or Sat/Sun are "cloudy beer" days! 5. National museum - to see Lucy and previous kin 6. Garden above Meskel square 7. China bar

Good hotel at 3-4 level
OK hotel for the price, between airport and downtown. Indian restaurant attached is quite good; and the staff are fine if a bit off-hand. Kids on the playing field next door are noisy, but only a bother if you want to sleep in. Free ferry service to and from the airport is useful, but don't expect the van to be waiting for you at the airport.

Hotel service that is personal & not imposing
The hotel meets you at the airport with a welcome desk and transfer service at whatever time, including the wee hours of the morning where most flights from Europe and North Africa arrive between 3 & 6am, the hotel concierge is there at the airport to guarantee you a ride back to the hotel within less than 15 minutes of you exiting customs and claiming your luggage makes for a very-very good impression, especially after your body has been confined to an aircraft for over 20 hours of crossing an ocean, it makes for the BEST impression, where everything else is elementary!

The staff here were amazing. When they realised I had arrived without my camera battery and charger they immediately sent someone to hunt one down thereby ensuring that my holiday was not ruined. Very friendly also.

I was there for 3 days... The door of the shower was hardly moving... Took 2 days to fix it. The fridg didn't work.. Took 2 times to ask for fixing. Breakfast is rather poor. On arrival, I got a room that was less then ordered. After complaining.. I got the right one. The staff is nice and polite, but too many small problems. They couldn't charge my master card for an hour... Suggested to withdraw cash from an bank machine... A good thing is, they offer a free lift to and from airport.

Bra sted for en weekend
God resepsjonstjeneste, fin pris, bra rom, ok (men lite besøkt) sky-bar i toppetasjen, frokost inkludert men ikke i toppklasse, Alt i alt ett bra sted å bo i forhold til pris. Likte også området (lokale kaffeer, bakerier, etc). Ikke særlig tilrettelagt for møter, etc.

nicht akzeptabel, wobei sich die Frage stellt, wenn alle Zusagen, die über hotels.com gemacht wurden, nicht erfüllt werden nicht erfüllbar sind, an wem es liegt?.Keine Klimaanlage, nur 3 Balkone am gesamten Hotel,, Sicht nur aus dem 8.STock wie versprochen, Bademäntel, Willkommensgruss und Sonstige in der Werbung versprochene Zusagen nicht eingelöst, ramponierte Möbel, abblättener Putz und Farbe in den Räumen.....positiv erwähnenswert eigentlich nur das Frühstück und die Küche...

Not close to much & watch if you exchange money
I would not recommend it. Wanted tour company. Clerk said he would call one. Waited over hour, they had shift change and new clerks knew nothing. Exchanged money twice and was short-changed both times though when I called them on it, they made it right. Transfer to/from airport was exceptionally good, however - timely. Room is old with no ac but was very clean. Walked 6 blocks in each direction. Nothing but beggars nearby. Not even good restaurants. Would not use again.
