Fantastic family holiday Thank you. We stayed a week and we thought everything was great. Washer dryer and dishwasher all working and in great condition. Extra towels requested were available and we used the pool and BBQ area. Problem with the shower head was fixed the same day. Room had everything we needed.

The Watson is lovely but book through the hotel and not a private apartment. Underwear left on the balcony, hairdryer didn’t work, came into property during our stay, awful communication.

BRING YOUR EYE MASK if you want to sleep in. We loved this place other than the morning light. There are internal block out roller blinds but they don't keep the morning light out which sadly is enough to prevent us from staying here again. Which is a shame because everything else was great. Balcony and Views, apartment size and condition, facilities, location, value for money all fantastic. Our kids said it's their favourite hotel room they've stayed at in Adelaide. Other small gripe was only having one room/ hotel access card - this creates some logistical issues for a family of 4.

I've stayed in The Watson a few times, and can compare this with other rooms I've stayed in. It's a great area, close to the city, and with many convenient amenities. The hotel is safe, secure, and clean. The bed in this one was terrible. I'm no princess, but I could feel all the cording on the mattress. A simple mattress topper would have made a real difference. If you provide a washing machine, then a little clothes airer out on the balcony would be really useful. The kitchenette whilst tired was serviceable. Perhaps a new vegetable knife, one that's not blunt or busted at the tip. Add two more mugs too. The tiny little table that the electric kettle and toaster sat on was just an accident waiting to happen. Now I'm sounding petty, but toss the wire coat hangers. They're terrible for your clothes.

A great place to stay

In a great location. Apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The fridge and pantry supplies were very much appreciated. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Easy and secure parking. Would definitely stay again.

My stay at this property was disappointing. The bedsheets had stains, the carpets were dirty, and one of the main amenities was not working. I requested a refund due to the condition of the place, but the host/property management refused. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property based on my experience.

Had issues checking in and found contact number difficult to locate to trouble shoot. This made us late for an engagement. Kitchen area was dirty so didn’t use it at all. Thought we had advised that we needed a car park but there were none available and there was very limited street parking. It made a very difficult stay in Adelaide due to family member requiring surgery a lot more stressful. Just outside our apartment there were wet floor signs and a bin due to a hole in the ceiling. Just added to the unpleasantness of the whole experience. Once we found a park for the evening we didn’t want to move the car so walked to find dinner and there were very limited opportunities.

check in was appalling. I was supposed to receive a code prior to check. I didn't receive the code so I called the property owner several times and left messages to call. My family and I sat outside waiting for the owner to return our call. We waited over 45 minutes for him to get back to me with a code to let us into the property. We had booked a certain room on the 5th floor to overlook the city instead we got a room on the 2nd floor looking into the properties below us so absolutely no view but had the noise of people in the swimming pool. We tried to connect to the Wi-Fi but the Wi-Fi was not connected. It had been turned off I tried to connect so we called the owner and had spent some considerable time trying to connect. In the end he had to come over to connect it The TV in the lounge room had no antenna so therefore no signal so we couldn't watch TV in the lounge room The carpet was not vaccummed very well. When we walked in it was dirty. A bit more care in vaccumming would have made the room more inviting The bedroom was so small the blinds in the room were very private. I'm sure others could see into our room The dirt in the bathroom near the washing machine was filthy. I wore thongs in the shower as I wasn't sure that was cleaned well I was not at all comfortable in the unit as I really wondered how clean it was. The bed sheets weren't crisp In this unprecedented time my family didn't feel safe I wouldn't book this accommodation from these property managers again
