Clean room only plus. Had to chase toilet paper, tissues, milk and tea towels. Harassed about car park payment when no car park was booked (confirmed no car park was required 48-72 hrs before arrival). And incompetent staff repeatedly requested bond payment after payment was made. Will not stay again.

We ended up not staying for any of our planned four nights stay and sought alternate accommodations. While many aspects of the property appeared quite fine, we were unable to stay in our unit due to accessibility issues and as the property was fully booked, we could not be accommodated elsewhere. Primarily, we were not aware in booking a 'loft suite' that the bedroom would be up a very steep set of spiral stairs and that the bathroom was on the lower level (not the same level as the bedroom). Regular stairs would have been quite manageable but we could not navigate the steep spiral stairs (particularly with luggage or in the middle of the night when needing a washroom visit). The property was very gracious in refunding us for three of our four night stay when we left an hour after check-in, as I'm not sure they were legally required to do so with the terms of our booking. I would also note that the unit did not have laundry (common laundry room was available at a cost) and there was no coffee making facility other than a kettle.

Location is perfect, except Hindley Street is noisy on Friday and weekend nights. The apartment was compact but everything worked and the decor was pleasant. The stop for the bus to the airport is only a short walk away.

The staff, the apartment and the location were great and would not hesitate to stay here again. Easy walking distance to everything and the tram is right there for your convenience as well. We had parking beneath the building and when family came and stayed Millers have an agreement with Wilson’s next door for hassle free parking.

The apartment itself is okayish. The rooms were not well cleaned, there was rubbish left from the previous guest and the floor hasn’t been vacuumed properly. The worst part is the road noise and the people on the street. Sports cars super loud driving around every night. Music up to 4 am from pubs and karaoke. So many junkies on the street, it’s definitely not a family friendly area. Will never stay again.

I wouldn’t give one star if there is a zero star option. Room was very dirty and smelly. There was lots of mould in the fridge. The balcony (if it can be called as a balcony) is facing a no through lane way with large rubbish bins which are sending the disgusting smell up to the room. That balcony glass door was very dirty and murky and that is the only open for nature light for the whole 2-bedroom apartment.

The apartment is centrally located for all amenities. Lots of great restaurants in easy walking distance. Shops very close too. It is quite noisy sitting on balcony as many bars and restaurants outside in Hindley Street. We liked being in the heart of the city. When door to appt closed it is quiet in the room. Good air conditioning. Lovely helpful staff. Washing machine and tumble drier very useful. Ice available too. Great shower. Would stay here again.
