We apologise for the street noise at night, as Hindley Street is a centre of night life especially on weekends. We do provide rooms away from the street frontage and these are much quieter.

All your allegations are completely and utterly false. The room was checked by staff both before (being routine compulsory procedure), and after you checked in, as we do for all booked rooms. No-one has contacted or messaged you privately with any abuse, nor do we want to. Our rooms are large in comparison to modern hotel rooms. There is a kettle in the room, you just failed to see it. Car-parking has nothing to do with our hotel, and cheaper and free parking is available if you care to take the time to look or enquire. You came down after checking in and demanded a free room for two nights, or you would write bad reviews about the hotel everywhere, based on your false allegations. Staff checked the room and found your allegations were false. We did not want you staying in our hotel, given your behaviour, and offered you your money back then and there, or stay for the nights you booked, but no refund. You accepted our offer to leave with refund, and given your behavior we were relieved you did so.

sorry there was a problem. We maintain strict hygiene and housekeeping efforts.

Sorry you were disappointed. The pricing of our hotel and what you paid, is a reflection that it is a friendly budget hotel, not a 5 star hotel service. We have full-time housekeeping to the highest standard; professional linen supply company supply all our linen. We do not hide the fact that the hotel rooms need upgrading, and that is happening this year. Our staff are professional and courteous.
