“We spent 2 nights at this lovely house for a family gathering celebrating a birthday. There were 11 in total and we did not feel crowded at any time. The pool and lower recreation room are perfect to keep the kids happy and entertained without them being on their electronic devices. The beds are very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add a few pillows on the couch and some more comfortable outside chairs. Maybe a gate at the top of the outside stairs to keep the dogs from leaving...

“They really have a lot of potential with this place. The proximity to beach 2 - which is a great family beach and nicer sand than beach 1- is perfect. The beach they built down by the river to watch boats and get some extra sand play with the kids, is amazing. Only negative is it appears the fence is not complete around the docks ( I hope!) and it is pretty open to the water, just have to keep a good eye on little ones.
