"We had a really good stay at this hotel. Its location was excellent, conveniently close to the River Walk, the mall, and the Alamo. The hotel was also clean and well-maintained. The only issue I noticed was with the shower temperature. The warm water would occasionally turn cold without warning, then return to a comfortable temperature after a while. I’m not sure if this was related to other guests using their bathrooms or flushing toilets, but it was a bit inconvenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the hotel staff were nice and welcoming and we appreciated the hotel’s cleanliness and convenient location."
