Staff super nice, room was horrible. Key cards stopped working multiple times, smelled like piss and vinegar outside the whole time. Shower would not stay hot. Beds were not good. CASH deposit required with a convenient high fee ATM placed inside.

The rooms are clean. The elevators really need to be cleaned and fixed, there are missing doors where wires are, wallpaper is ripped, brass is dirty.

My room did not get cleaned during my stay. I had to go to the cleaning ladies in the hallway to get clean towels, coffee, and cups. One day, there was a couple clean towels placed on my bed, but the bed was not made.
