We left the aircon on when we was by the pool and the cleaners left the balcony door cracked open every day so the aircon wouldn't be running (they must get told to do this to save energy) so it was a struggle to cool down in 35+ degree heat"

"When we arrived they couldn't find our reservation booking, so we had to wait very long time, the receptionist didn't explain anything about the facilities of the Hotel, no instructions at all plus very unfriendly. The hotel is ok for a max 4 Stars but definitely not a Luxury 5 Stars Hotel, the 1st few days the cleaning wasnt good at all, after complaining it improved a lot!
