Super hotel but a little bit on the pricey side
It is a lovely hotel in close proximity to the beach and mud pool. Breakfast is good with plenty of variety. The staff are polite and attentive, however, I did not stay in the hotel but on the grounds. I did like the fact that I was at ground level but I would have preferred to be facing directly towards sunshine, the room cabin blocked out the sunshine and was a little dull. Bed linen could've done with refreshing even though I only stayed 2 nights. The top blanket aggravated my skin with the mosquito bites, a thin quilt would've been better. There is access to a spa but costs about 70 euros per day for use of the the pool, spa, and Turkish Bath. I was a little bit disappointed as I would've loved to have used that. If the pool was heated, that would be a nice touch, too.

bello è bello con le sue stanzette a piano terra con un bel dehor che vede giardino e mare Comodo è comodo con 50 passi si passa da una spiaggia all'altra , con 300 si è in centro e nei primi 200 si passa la giornata in fango termale (costa 3 euro) ma è il personale il vero plus della struttura, sarà un piacere l'anno prossimo tornarvi.

Hôtel super bien placé, mais à mettre à niveau!
Hôtel et staff sympa, au bord de la mer et proche du port et du centre. Pas de wifi dans la chambre, que des chaînes de télé italien, chambre petite et sombre. La salle de bain sent l'urine :( A prendre en considération pour un futur voyage après une rénovation et mise à niveau.

Tolles Hotel
Das Hotel ist sehr schön, vorallem die kleinen Bungalows - hier ist nur kein WLAN, dafür viele Mücken. Auf dem hoteleigenen Strand kann man morgens den Sonnenaufgang sehen. Abends über die Straße und man hat den Sonnenuntergang. Ich war nicht das letzte Mal dort. Nicht zu vergessen - das Frühstück ist super lecker und reichlich.

Stilvolles Hotel in direkter Nähe zum Strand
Wir waren bereits zum dritten mal im Hotel Eros und wurden in jeder Hinsicht gut bedient. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Leider sind die Zimmer der gleichen Kategorie ( Classic-Doppel-oder Zweibettzimmer) nicht gleich gut, was die Lage,Größe und Hellhörigkeit betrifft. Ein ruhiges Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht zu bekommen, ist wohl Glücksache. Wir freuten uns, als Stammgäste gesehen zu werden und werden das voraussichtlich auch bleiben.

Schöne, gepflegte Anlage. Über Wiese (Liegen, Schirme) erreicht man Strand mit Schirmen und Liegen. Holzliegen und Schirme am Pool mit dünner Auflage. Keine Strand-Badetücher vorhanden. Zimmer im Bungalow: Sauber, Ausstattung ok, aber eher klein, kleines Badfenster aber kein Fenster im Schlafraum! Licht kommt nur von Glas-Eingangstüre (außen Holzjalousie als Sichtschutz möglich). Frühstücksauswahl einigermaßen ok (ital. Standard), Weißbrot liegt vorgeschnitten auf, allerdings gegen 9.30 Uhr meist ausgetrocknet, gute Auswahl an Kuchen, Orangensaft gibt es nach Wunsch,jedoch kostet 1/2 Glas 3 Euro extra. Das Servicepersonal könnte freundlicher sein. In der Umgebung Shops, Bar, Restaurants in Gehnähe. Taschenlampe für Heimweg hilfreich (letztes Straßenstück ohne Straßenlicht).

The Swiss couple in room 26
Through internet we chose Hotel Eros in Vulcano Island. Not only beautifully positioned right next to the sea, but also we received an excellent service, very client oriented, kind employees. The hotel is less than 5 mins walk to the fango place. We cannot wait to go back next year. Great breakfast. We tasted the local soft cheese and they will be adding muesli to their breakfast goodies :-) To conclude : convenient positioning and at the same time huge beautiful garden next to the sea. It was a dream hotel for us and we travel alot. Tip : if you are going to enjoy the fango remember to come with an old swim suit because you cannot get rid of the smell and don't wear silver.

Hotel Eros Vulcano trip
Very pleased with the hotel and plan to go back this Spring. Extremely friendly and helpful and in a beautiful location; it's really a mini resort. We stayed only one night after climbing Vulcano. Had a very nice chat with Franco, the owner who can fill you in on where other attractions are in the area as well as giving you an overview of the island. The hotel is very close to the port and an easy walk to restaurants. We went to La Forgia da Maurizzo which is a short walk on the other side of town and is fabulous. BTW, the hotel is not where Google Maps says it is; it's on the other side of the port from the Google location. That was not a problem; my daughter walked over to the hotel and they picked the rest of us up in the hotel van.

L'ideale per un soggiorno in RELAX...!!!
Struttura curatissima a pochi passi dal porto di Vulcano e dalla famosissima "pozza" ribollente di vapori sulfurei. Si trova in posizione strategica proprio a cavallo tra la spiaggia delle sabbie nere e quella delle acque calde (dove a mare ci sono soffioni di acqua sulfurea!). Le camere sono molto accoglienti, dotate di clima, zanzariere e biancheria nuova e pulitissima: a questo proposito segnalo l'estrema igiene e cura nella pulizia dell'intero albergo. La colazione e' varia, con un ampio buffet in grado di soddisfare tutti i gusti, e personale gentile e disponibile: tra tutti segnalo in particolare Andrea, simpatico, giovane e dinamico assistente di sala, con un sorriso ed una parola gentile per tutti, ma mai invadente od oppressivo. Complimenti dunque alla Direzione per come gestisce l'hotel, ma sopra tutto per l'abilità' e l 'esperienza con cui ha saputo selezionare il personale!!!

tranquilla l'isola, bella location per l'hotel
Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni veramente incantevoli nelle Eolie, peccato che siano stati solo così pochi! Anche il tempo non ci ha del tutto assistiti, ci ha impedito di fare la gita in barca a Stromboli e Panarea: c'era mare grosso e è stata rimandata. In compenso abbiamo fatto tutto il giro in barca di Vulcano e abbiamo potuto visitare Lipari e il suo museo davvero interessante e ricco di reperti. A Vulcano, appena fuori dall'hotel c'erano due spiagge diverse ma entrambe meravigliose: la spiaggia delle acque calde e quella delle sabbie nere. Per la prima potevi rimanere sotto l'ombra delle palme dell'albergo e poi tuffarti nel mare, per la seconda dovevi solo attraversare la strada all'entrata principale dell'Eros e beneficiare di spiaggia libera o organizzata a piacere. Il paesaggio è bellissimo in entrambe. L'hotel è anche dotato di una piscina molto carina all'occorrenza. Nell'albergo il personale è gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione. Ricca e variata la colazione, fresche e diverse le insalate disponibili per il pranzo, per la sera c'è anche la possibilità di un servizio ristorante.

L'hôtel propose des chambres de taille généreuses et propres répartis dans plusieurs petits bungalows. Malheureusement, malgré la proximité de la plage, aucune chambre ne semble vraiment avoir de vue. Les installations proposés par l'hôtel (restaurant et piscine) sont OK, sans plus, mais l'accès à la plage n'est pas très intéressant et les parasols et transats fournis par l'hôtel sont dans un état pitoyable assorti d'une hygiène douteuse. En somme, un hôtel 4* sur le déclin qui ne vaut pas plus que 3*.

Questo bell'Hotel si trova nelle vicinanze nel centro di Vulcano, in posizione strategica tra la spiaggia delle "sabbie nere" e quella delle "acque calde", nei pressi del laghetto sulfureo. Le camere sono confortevolissime, ben arredate, complete di qualsiasi dotazione si possa desiderare (dalla cassaforte, al phone, al frigo bar, all'aria condizionata, ai più diversi tipi di saponi da bagno, etc.), con biancheria nuova e pulitissima!!! I serramenti sono a tenuta termica ed assicurano la massima insonorizzazione, anche se la zona è oltremodo tranquilla. La piscina (ma con quel mare stupendo, chi ci va???) è pulita ed invitante, così come le sdraio (in legno!) e gli ampi ombrelloni. La spiaggia dell'Hotel è quella delle "acque calde" nel cui mare vi sono soffioni sulfurei che riscaldano l'acqua, e si trova proprio vicino ad un chioschetto ("Da Genny") dove preparano insalate FANTASTICHE!!! Il personale dell'Hotel è sempre ben vestito ed elegante in polo bianca con il logo dell'albergo e pantaloni neri, curatissimo, pulito, efficiente e premuroso, senza mai essere invasivo od opprimente. Un discorso a parte merita la prima colazione dove veramente NON MANCA NULLA: dalle specialità locali, a golosità siciliane, a torte fatte in casa, ad un ottimo caffè espresso...! Che bell'albergo: certamente ci torneremo...!!!

In pieno centro. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia nera, dal laghetto dei fanghi, dal porto, dai ristoranti e dai negozietti. Camere confortevoli, colazione molto buona. Il personale gentile e accogliente. Consiglio di fare le escursioni nelle altre isole.

Nonostante la bassa stagione ci siamo trovati molto bene. Un particolare grazie all'unico cameriere in servizio, é stato veramente gentile ed efficiente, peccato non ricordare il suo nome. Unico avvertimento: attenzione alle zanzare! Anche a loro piace l'hotel Eros.

La habitación era muy pequeña y no estaba limpia. El wifi de la habitación no funcionaba La televisión no se veía tras varias llamadas a la recepción el técnico la arreglo pero solo se veía la RAÍ El desayuno tenia que estar preparado a las 8 pero nos dijeron que no lo tendrían listo hasta las 8 y media, por lo que no pudimos desayunar. Para poder comer has de comunicaron a las 10 de la mañana No hay bar. No entiendo como puede tener 4 estrellas. No tiene playa privada sino un acceso directo a la playa
