"My first impression of this hotel was how it looks nice and fancy in the beginning. But when we went into the room, that’s when it changed. The floors were not clean, the sinks and faucet were dusty and stained, all showers and jacuzzis were clogged to and took awhile to drain, it left a lot of water ..."
