“Hôtel très cosy, très propre.
Le personnel est très agréable et au services du client.
Nous sommes descendus deux fois dans cette hôtel et ils ont une très bonne qualité de service.
Je le conseille vivement.
Il est vrai que la chambre que nous avions ( pour nos deux séjours s’était la même 😂) était un peu petite et la salle de bain aussi, mais tout était propre.
Si je dois mettre une note se serait 9/10.”

“Wassim provided the best customer service! He spoke excellent English and helped us with everything from breakfast, tips about the city, nightlife, and trains to getting around. He was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, the room was great, and the staff were efficient, respectful, and always smiling. Overall, an amazing stay with the best customer service thanks to Wassim and the team at Flower Town Hotel & Spa!”
