"Amazing stay in the deluxe suite. Me and my family (2 adults and 3 kids 6-12y) had a great time here. The apartment was really good and superclean, had 1 balcony and 1 huge terrace with sea view, and was superclean and fresh. "The room was great, very cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for our holiday. The location was really convenient, with grocery stores, restaurants, and metro and bus stations all close by. The only small issues were that the WiFi could be slow at times, and the hot water didn’t last long after turning off the heat button. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d recommend it! "

"The staff were very professional and captured the spirit of Greek “filotimo”! The rooms were modern & clean. Food exceptional, pool “cute” and rooftop bar was fun! Convenient location for shopping and services (haircut, mani/pedi, etc.). Concierge made me 3 personal care appointments in a matter of minutes! Thank you for a great visit! "

"The location is great the waterfront and the shops are within walking distance (under 5 minutes) We had the serenity suite and it was spacious, modern, and really nice. The staff were extremely super helpful and always keen to help. The receptionist always greeted us on our return from excursions each day asking how it went and wishing us a good evening. The breakfast in bed was good. Whilst they can only deliver hot food after 8am, they gave us a box on days where we had to eat before that time to get to the excursion meeting point. Whilst some places are walkable (train station) with 35 degrees we took a cab which are easily available outside of the hotel (5 euros). I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again. "

"We booked a suite for 2 nights due to the proximity of the hotel to the airport. We were offered a free upgrade to the presidential suite. The room was simply amazing. Very spacious, elegant, modern, fully equipped and luxurious. Sauna and Hamam inside the room! The whole facility is very well preserved, excellent decorated and sparkling clean. The staff is always there to assist, polite and always smiling and asking if we are satisfied. A very safe environment; our kids had twice a small accident and lifeguard and doctor were there in seconds to evaluate the situation and assist. Pricey but totally worth it and will definitely visit it again. The only thing I would recommend is to create a kids club to occupy little kids during the day. Highly recommended!"
