“I absolutely loved my stay (only one night, sadly - would have stayed longer). The room was comfortable, offered plenty of bathroom amenities (a toothbrush without me having to ask for it), had TWO balconies, a robe and slippers, etc. The hotel is beautiful, quiet and in a great location to do some exploring. I took the bus from the airport and the closest stop was about 7 minutes away from the hotel. Breakfast is delicious (eggs, cheese, bread, fruits, coffee) and the staff is attentive.”

“We've stayed at LIV properties in the past. City Suites and Mackenzie. LIV Urban seems to have less care for it and slightly run down. The rooms are dirty, mostly the toilets with a lingering smell. “Lovely little place”

“Very happy with my stay there. Nice and spacious rooms. The staff was kind enough to let me do a late check out and kept my luggage at the reception so I could visit the city on my last day with a late flight. Truly outstanding communication with the staff with answers in a matter of minutes.”
