Exceptional stay. The property was amazing with lots to places to chill and relax. The food was absolutely amazing With lots of variety in the buffet including for kids and toddlers. Perfect for a family trip. They had thought of everyway to make our stay comfortable and even gave us an upgrade to all inclusive. Highly recommend and a must visit

We came to Mirabello for 10 days for our Honeymoon with our 2 year old son. From arrival up until the last day, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Prior to our visit, i messaged the hotel to pre-arrange some flowers etc, They provided many options depending on the budget. When we arrived to our hotel room they provided the flowers in a lovely

Overall a good stay. The only issues I had is that my room was next to the cleaning persons room. So it was very loud in the morning and the doors in the hallways slam shut so that woke me up several times throughout the morning. This is a kid friendly resort so there are a LOT of kids so just be mindful when booking. The beach was dirty more than likely due to the kids. The staff are all very friendly and willing to accommodate your needs. The food is wonderful there as well. They upgraded my room too so that was lovely as well.

The property itself is in a beautiful spot. Amazing views and right in between the towns of Agios Nicholas and Elounda. In theory, it has everything that should make a resort great. Problem though is the dining situation......And its a MAJOR problem. I don't know if I've ever written a poor review in my life about a hotel. But, I have to give a warning especially for anyone who doesn't take the all inclusive meal plan. They advertise that they have multiple restaurants and bars, but they are rarely if ever open. And when they are open, you need reservations well in advance. Like, you need to reserve your meals before you even start your trip. We tried and were unable to reserve a table at ANY of their restaurants the entire time we were there (6 days). Not one. The only food option the entire week we were there was their main restaurant which is the exact same buffet everyday for lunch and dinner. If you're not all inclusive, it's $150 dollars for a family of 4. Which I guess isn't horrible, but it's pretty mediocre food and I can't see how anyone could eat a week's worth of meals there. The one pool bar that was open had no snacks to order. There is no lobby bar to get appetizers. Seriously nothing. Thankfully there is a little market across the street from the hotel that we were able to get cheese and crackers from, and we were able to eat most of our meals in the nearby towns. But the fact that this is labelled as a "resort" with dining options is a complete scam.

First time visiting Crete and had a wonderful experience not least because of our fantastic stay at the Mirabello Bay Luxury Resort. Starting with the amazing customer care given by everyone right from the reception welcome to housekeeping and the restaurant staff. You truly feel they all aim to create the best guest experience and prioritise taking care of their guests. A special shout out needs to be given to Matthew, the concierge, who went above and beyond in every respect taking immediate care of any request and ensuring all of our requests were taken care of. There was nothing he couldn't do and truly made our trip the most relaxing and trouble free. In addition to the people, the location of the Mirabello Bay Resort adds to the incredible experience - it is truly a beautiful hotel with fantastic views across the bay and the most magical sunrises. Photos can never do justice to how spectacular the sunrise and sea views are. I would highly recommend staying at the Mirabello Bay and certainly look forward to being able to return.

La villa avec piscine privée était tout simplement magnifique : spacieuse, parfaitement entretenue, avec des prestations de grande qualité et un confort idéal pour profiter pleinement des vacances. Au-delà du cadre superbe, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité du service. L’ensemble de l’équipe a été attentionnée, professionnelle et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos demandes. Une mention spéciale à Klaudia, dont la gentillesse, la réactivité et le sens du service ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.
