“We booked a superior twin room with a spa bath, for a bit of luxury; I am 65, my friend 69. We arrived early & our room was ready but we gad a double bed, not twin as specified. The manager then produced a trundle bed & considered it resolved. Itvwas very uncomfortable & I barely slept for the 2 night stay. Fittings & fixtures are if poor quality & appear to be badly maintained (eg the light switch fell off as I was leaving the room) there was no slip mat in the bath, no full length mirror, ...

“Avevo prenotato una camera tripla, invece mi hanno dato un appartamento per 3 persone perfetto, ben arredato, spazioso e completo di tutto. “Stayed 2 weeks at the end of June with family. Perfect location, no car needed, everything is super close. Garden room, which made for quieter restful nights. Really basic amenities, but super clean, super comfortable beds. A/C essential, we appreciated it. Same for black out curtains and insect screen. And by far the best thing, awesome service from the owner family. They put their heart and soul into their hotels and it shows. They go over and above. We plan to be back!”
