“The word “villa” and “view” do not accurately describe this booking. The photos ave different then the initial room we got, we only moved rooms once we brought it up. Then were switched to a room that did have a similar layout to the photos, but no view at all, and was attached to another unit via a paper thin door that didn’t even sit flush to the floor. They did not provide toilet tissue, and the key had to be fixed twice during our stay. There is a lot of room for improvement. ”

Also they charge for basically everything to expect to spend an additional 80+ per person if you plan on having one meal and a couple drinks there. ”

“Everyone we interacted with was friendly and courteous. Even the "nature view" casitas can still see the ocean, and we loved having our own private pool, although the hotel pool is beautiful, too.
