Vince area by the beach. Lots of traffic if there’s a holiday. Limited parking and not the easiest to get out from the driveway. Unit was cute and modern but didn’t even have a cheap microwave or a coffee maker or at least a tiny table to put your toiletries. The swimming pool is very nice but also very cold since it has no heater! You have to get in the pool in the middle of the day on a hot summer day! Otherwise it feels FREEZING!

Propiedad en excelente ubicación, frente al mar lo que hace que sea un lugar relajante y comodo. Lo que si me hubiera gustado es que la piscina tuviera un calentador ya que no basta con el Sol. El agua estaba muy fría y la playa no es área de bañista por lo que hace falta que la piscina esté tenga calentador. Otro consejo sería en la habitación Premium un espejo adicional, pues habíamos varias personas en la habitación y no podíamos arreglarnos porque solo existe un espejo en e baño. Por lo demás muy contenta y agradecida y recomiendo el lugar y hasta volvería a quedarme.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and responsive. The location is great with a beautiful view. My room was perfect for what I needed.

Room was nice and clean. Water pressure left a lot to be desired but likely not a fault of the property. This property is located next to a restaurant/bar and on a main strip along the coast. Friday-Sunday nights were fairly noisy until 10-11pm. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. Nice stay overall. Lots of locally owned restaurants nearby.

El lugar no lleno nuestras expectativas, al llegar no conseguimos estacionamiento, frente al lugar es muy peligroso estacionar. En la habitación habia un fuerte olor a humedad, no habia agua caliente y el mattre de la cama sumamente duro, no erea confortable. Deben mejorar esos aspectos porque la vista al mar es hermosa..

Beautiful view from my room. However, the window did not seem to be working properly, and the shower also did not seem to be heating properly. Overall it is close to shops, free parking, right on the beach.

Like - its steps to beach, good bed, good internet, good A/C Not like... Room as dirty, so noisy room is in front street cars with loud music, no soap given, pool , carpets, were dirty, carpets were dirty , toilet was loose, room key lock its almost impossible to open,door has no curtain and the insect light lamp on stairs dont let me sleep. Coconuts palms were full of them making parking dangerous for cars.

I had to booked in another place. I stay less than two hours. The wifi the went out and on unable to work remotely. The room has less than two foot to enter the door because it has a public pool for all the guests in front of the room. The pool was dirty with a lot of leaves. There was no staff at all for help. The fence in front of the pool that divides the pool from the streets is 3 foot tall and there were a couple of junkies in the gazebo a few steps from the parking. The lock on the door did not work properly so it open by itself and the room does not have any secured fence. A junkie could easily cross the 3 foot fence to the pool and open the door.

Pictures and information from the property need to be upgraded so people know what to expect. Self check in and check out. A few things need to be fixed and bought new. No staff in the property at any time. Just a place to go to sleep. Not worth the price per stay.

My stay for the weekend was okay considering I spent most of the time out. The room can comfortably fit 1 but no more than 2 people. The bathroom is very small. I wasn't prepared for taking a cold or very lukewarm shower. I will say that when I called about it, I received a call back immediately and was told about the upgrades that are being worked on including hot water expected to be completed by Jan 2024. I also had ants in the shower each night which was also unexpected. The door knob is faulty but the deadbolt lock works. It's not the absolute worst place to stay and is okay if it's for a night or two. Hope the future upgrades make a difference.

No staff on site, to be seen. The restaurant and bar closed. The property needs work. The outside lights on the patio don't work. The room itself was Not so clean and or kept up. Leaky roof, Stains on ceilings, floors, and walls. The furniture is from the 70s, is worn down with stains, and is chipped up the table. We had 4 of us that stayed in the room, but only 3 stained towels. No one on site to get more towels so we went to the store and bought our own. The shower drained slowly and would spill onto the rest of the bathroom floor, so make sure you wear shower shoes. #disgusting. This would be a great property if it was kept up. I am surprised that it had such great reviews, with 4-5 stars?!?! At best, this is a 2-star.

Love the location and the feeling of tranquility of the area even though there’s a bar two doors down. The ocean is right in front of the building. Everything was clean and ready. Only thing in the room, lack of lights or a good lamp. Had to maintain the bathroom open to get better lighting. But other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you!

We had a great honeymoon here! I have to give a shoutout to Angelo he went above and beyond for us during our stay. He made sure we always had everything we needed. He was very responsive, quick, kind, and helpful. He also went out of his way to help my husband surprise me with balloons and flowers. Overall a great stay! Highly recommend and if you need anything find Angelo cuz he’s the man!
