Iris premier had initially captured our imagination and really met with all our expectations in terms of realizing money's worth. However last two visits(18, 2019)have been disappointing. Service, cleanliness, comfort standards have noticebly declined while tariff hit the roof. Service standards are absymal, though staff are very polite and cordial there's always annoying delay in execution. No hot water let alone warm water in the washroom, often smelly. Food very expensive, overall tarriff higher in comparison to the services
