It was a very old and dirty apartment which needed refurbishment 20 years ago. The smell was gross. The carpets disaster and the sofa literally belonged to the street. The bed and sheets were clean, so was the toilet. We arrived very late (5am) check-in was very simple but I wouldn’t have stayed if it was day time. The only staff we saw in the morning was a young lady at the reception. She was very kind. We were late for breakfast (which we paid for) she offered a refund but wasn’t able to do it. Still we got coffee and croissants from here. I don’t think that we will ever visit again.

Basic No frills apartment

Ok so yes the apartment does need updating ,it was basic and there were a few stains on the carpets BUT it was clean & had clean sheets and towels .location was fine on the outskirts of dijon. Easy to fine.found a gem of a restaurant 5 minutes walk away . Staff were helpful, parking was no problem in their carpark. No frills but £150 for the night for 5 of us we can't complain. One thing,check what time the desk closes for check in 🙂

This property was over priced; worn, dirty carpets, stains everywhere. Our toilet broke in the evening but we didn’t have anyone to contact about it. Would not recommend this at all. We couldn’t wait to leave. Luckily it was just an overnight stop.

Had a reservation for family of six, with 3 children. Made months before arrival. We travelled for almost 10 hours by car. First we received a message by email that our room was ready and that the hotel was looking forward to our arrival. An hour later we received a cancellation! We were half an hour from the hotel, so upon arrival there seemed to be no mistake: our reservation was cancelled. A family of 5 came in just before us, and also their room was cancelled. Hotel was fully booked and they couldn't do anything for us. They blamed the double booking / mess up with the booking on the worldwide IT failure several weeks earlier. This hotel has no consideration at all for family with kids. Our family and the other one had to look for an alternative. NEVER AGAIN Aparthotel!!!

Accueil parfait, personne très sympathique et professionnelle. L’appartement est au delà de nos attentes, spacieux. On sent malgré tout le poids des années qui commence à se sentir, au niveau de l’aménagement, des radiateurs notamment. Seuls points négatifs: pas de torchons ni produit pour la vaisselle, et la tv n’est pas dans la chambre(selon nos habitudes) Nous recommandons en tout cas cet appart’hotel

L’appartement etait propre et calme, tres fonctionnel. J’aurais aimé avoir davantage de matériel dans la cuisine, une balai pour passer au moins un petit coup par terre car ça se salit rapidement. Dans la salle de bain ce n’etait pas logique, le pare baignoire n’etait pas du coté du robinet de douche du coup on inonde la salle de bain. Personnel agréable, environment calme.

Nous avons passé une bonne nuit dans cet appart’city. Seulement, l’établissement était censé être non fumeur, et pourtant, les espaces communs (hall + escaliers) empestaient le tabac. L’odeur commençait meme à envahir la chambre… Horrible pour des personnes qui ne fument pas… Nous en avons parlé à l’accueil et la réceptionniste n’a pas semblé surprise…

Très déçu!

Une très mauvaise expérience. Le duplex était sale, vétuste et mal entretenue. La moquette à l’étage était très abimée avec de multiples auréoles. Les murs des chambres étaient sales avec des traces de moustiques écrasées. Le linge de lit très sommaire. L’ensemble de l’appartement sentait l’humidité. Les coussins du canapé au rez de chaussée était troué et poussiéreux. La cuisine était sale également notamment le micro onde et la poubelle. Nous avons préféré reprendre la route plutôt que d’y dormir…
