Lou Paradou was a beautiful aparthotel in a gorgeous little town. The staff were so lovely and friendly, the hotel was spotless and the pool area was really nice and well maintained. No free internet, bad stains on mattresses and sofa bed, paid double what I did last year, standards have dropped under this new management and I will not be going back, staff are just not interested even after I complained about internet access, best avoided I would say

t was disgusting.
I had a problem and went to reception but received no assistance; in fact, a man from the residence pushed me out. The room was very dirty: hair on the bed, coffee stains on the furniture, dirty walls, stains on the mattress covers... It was disgusting.
