“E cellent place to stay in Airdrie. The hotel was super clean and in a convenient location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.”

“I like the location of the hotel,there are some restaurants across the street…room was clean and big for 3 people , bed was comfortable… but I didn’t like the position of the emergency stairs to the slow operating elevator , another thing was the breakfast with poorly prepared food and choices, omelette was served frozen and some other things was missing from the menu of the day… breakfast room was also not clean enough , limited space and overflow garbage…but after all i like my stay”

“Our tv did not work on our arrival no sound. I called the front desk, no help was offered. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall when i tried to gather toilet paper. Housekeeping would have had to know it was very loose. I let the front dest know about the issues in the morning at check out. Woman at the front desk was sympathetic, but offered nothing for our inconvenience. Not too impressed with the way this issue was handled.”

“Room was wonderful, 10' ceilings lots of room and I appreciated the upgrade. I was disappointed the hot tub was down, and I understand I would have been called if you had my phone number.”
