Our room with a terrace overlooking the gardens and the Dades River was great. Our host Mohamed cooked us a great Chicken Tagine for dinner with vegetables from his garden. Only thing negative was that the tagline was about the most expensive we had in 2 weeks in Morocco. 400 MAD for two.

The best of the best, especially Mohamed!

We will remember this lovely stay forever! Mohamed welcomed us with warmth and smiles, starting with delicious Moroccan tea while we sat outside, surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Gorges du Dades. The room was a perfect reflection of the local culture, with thoughtful details and a cozy balcony. Everything smelled nice and was very clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everything. On top of that, both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious, prepared from scratch by the wonderful Mohamed using fresh, local ingredients. It's worth noting that we requested dinner at the very last minute, and he still managed to cook a fantastic meal just for the two of us. To top it all off, our guide for the Monkey Fingers trail canceled at the last minute, and, since Mohamed didn’t have other guests or reservations, he graciously offered to be our guide! We later discovered he has extensive experience as a guide, and he was superb! Mohamed truly is the most versatile and amazing host we’ve ever met. We will definitely return one day, but more importantly, this experience will remain in our hearts forever. Thank you, Mohamed! ❤️

Great host

Our stay was wonderful here. As we pulled up some very slight hesitations set in, but We walked in we were welcomed by the amazing host like we were family. The room was nicer than we expected. The photos didn't do it justice at all. The location, host and fire were all great. If you're in the area this is the one to choose.

Every room is wonderfully furnished with a balcony overlooking the garden, and the gorge. It is on the gorge side of the road so the views are good. Mohammed was very knowledgeable of the area beyond and was extremely helpful in arranging my transportation when it was time to leave. I highly recommend!!

We had an amazing experience at this property. It’s very quaint and if you are looking for an original local Berber experience, this is the place to stay. Mohamed certainly made this experience a 5-star from start to finish. He is a gem, I wish I could work with him. He was very attentive to all our needs. Greeted us with hot tea and nuts. Helped us with hiking track, cooked the most amazing soup and tagine for dinner plus other things. Hot Berber breakfast with omelette next morning. Clean room, beautifully furnished, amazing balcony views, just perfect. Kids loved it too!

Quel plaisir de séjourner à la maison d'hôte Argana ! Le lieu est un havre de paix, très calme et chaleureux. Le repas et le petit déjeuner étaient copieux et très bons. Les chambres sont confortables et très belles, la terasse donne sur la montagne et le jardin fleuri. Nous avons pu en découvrir plus sur les coutumes et nous avons reçu de très bons conseils pour visiter les environs. Un grand merci à Mohamed qui est un hôte très attentionné et d'une grande gentillesse !

Es el lugar perfecto para descansar y conectar con la naturaleza, se encuentra al borde del rio y las habitaciones tienen balcones con vista directa a este. El hotel es muy lindo y cuenta con un jardín que es el lugar perfecto para desayunar. El encargado del hotel es súper amable y atento, hará todo lo posible para que te sientas como en casa.

Gorgeous hotel with best bed in Morroco!

Amazing staff!!! My wife broke her ankle the day we arrived after hiking the gorge Mohamod changed our room to the ground floor. The bed was the best bed we have had in Morroco! The Wi-Fi and television worked great and the room was very clean Mohamod called over 20 friends trying to locate crutches for my wife. He found some and even took me there to get them. Our vacation would have been horrible without his gratuitous and kindness!!! Also the view from our room was gorgeous.

Petite maison face à la montagne ! Calme et propre

Une petite maison face à la montagne ! Une belle surprise avec cette maison d'hôtes, les chambres qui donnent sur la montagne sont au calme avec terrasse. La maison est vraiment TRÈS propre, sanitaire parfait. Mohamed est d'une gentillesse exemple, thé et pâtisserie offerts à l'arrivée, petit déjeuner avec des fruits du jardin et confitures faites maison. Une belle étape pour visiter les gorges du Dades, à quelques kilomètres de la maison. Un gros potentiel pour cette maison d'hôtes.
