To be fair, they are undergoing renovations and there was lotsa construction. Taking that into account, was nice but location is not very convenient and you’ll need a car. Good restaurant :)

OUT OF TOWN BUT VERY VERY FRIENDLY STAFF AND VERY NICE MODERN VERY CLEAN HOTEL. IT IS BEST TO GET A TAXI IN TO THE CENTRE OF AIX WHICH COSTS ABOUT 30/40 EUROS BUT WELL WORTH THE EFFORT

Fantastic. We wanted to explore Provence and this hotel is ideally situated about 10 minutes drive from Aix itself. Not too busy, (some days there was no one else around the pool but us!) it's clean, the breakfasts are great and the beds comfy. Best of all the staff are superb, smiley, helpful and all beautiful. Thanks to the lovely Gaelle for the advise on local villages to visit and to Alex and Marie for answering all of our other questions. We'd recommend this hotel and would definitely visit again.

We’ve holidayed there twice and would again

Desk receptionist absolutely first class. Very helpful. All the team very friendly, helpful and efficient. Restaurant (August menu) and Pool good. Suite very comfortable and air conditioned (essential). Well placed to get to/from Aix TVG and Aix (with car). TGV good to get quickly into Marseille. We had a comfortable stay. Parking and overflow at Hotel is gated (at night). Good access to main roads. Few restaurants nearby; others a short drive.

This is a lovely place in Aix if you want a little quietness. It is a drive to town however the area is great. As always, a nice petite déjeuner. Great base for the day. You may have to drive to get a nice meal.

Arriving late after a cancelled flight the concierage was incredabily helpful, and his humour helped with what had been a long day. He also advised on connection options and arranged a taxi for us. The suite was comfy, clean and well laid out. There was space for all 4 of us with the two children sharing the sofa bed.

Everything was great, nice breakfast too. Only issue was all restaurants are far away for Ubereats except for Mcdonalds and Burger King. The hotel's restaurant is only open on weekdays, so for lazy types like me who enjoy playing pc games on weekends, there are limited dining choices for lunch & dinner delivery. Location is iffy for food delivery but the hotel itself is excellent with very nice staff, friendly to me, American!

Bonne surprise !

1 nuit ici, agreable decouverte de cet hotel. Situé au milieu de nulle part (11 kms d'Aix), et du coup calme. Hotel comme neuf, chambres refaites, literie ok, SDB idem, wifi ok, parking gratuit un peu petit et etroit mais fait l'affaire. Personnel pro a l'accueil. Seul bemol : le PDJ decevant. Choix restreint et basic ce qui denote par rapport a d'autres Mercure. C'est dommage mais le PDJ n'etant pas obligatoire...

Um hotel com muito conforto e funcionarias muito simpaticastambem. Ele fica longe do centro mas, nao e um problema porque voce estara de carro. Se nao estiver, estara fazendo o passeio errado. O carro 'e fundamental para conhecer a Provence. Cafe da manha com grande selecao de paes e queijos, ovos iogurtes, e um espremedor de laranjas pra fazer um suco fresco nahora. Cama e travesseiros muito confortaveis. Eu ficaria hospedado aqui novamente, com certeza.
