It was an easy check in. It is not close to any restaurants but there was a food truck outside of the hotel and it was excellent. The paid breakfast was self serve and delish. The front desk staff were friendly & helpful.

Selvservice-check-in: BlĂŠh!

Arrived after 9 pm, that means that the reception is closed, and theres a self-serevice check-in, wich of course never works!! Entered the booking number from Hotels.com and my last name, but of course, Hotels.com bookingnumber isnt the same as B&Bs bookingnumber. Called them, first through the Hotels.com app, wrong number, then through google maps, still wrong number. Luckily they had an intecom-thingy, and finally i made a contact, got the bookingnumber, but then they asked for a payment, wich i always do through Hotels.com app. I was almost on my way to another hotel, but thought that B&B maybe still would withdraw the amount, so i gave it another try, made the payment, and for the first time of more than 100 bookings through Hotels.com app, the payment wasnt made when i booked...no wonder why i wondered. The room was nice, clean and quiet tho

Soggiorno di una notte in famiglia (2 adulti, 2 ragazzi). Camera moderna, recentemente rinnovata e molto pulita — qualitĂ  rara in Francia. Parcheggio comodo e recintato. Tuttavia, l’esperienza Ăš stata compromessa da gravi disservizi: assenza totale di acqua per tutta la notte (lavandino, doccia e WC inutilizzabili) e, quando disponibile, acqua torbida. Al check-in era inoltre presente una ditta di derattizzazione all’esterno, situazione poco rassicurante. In generale, l’attenzione al cliente e la cura dei dettagli risultano inferiori agli standard italiani. Peccato, perchĂ© la struttura avrebbe buone potenzialitĂ .

Je reviendrai mais avec une chambre au 2Ăšme Ă©tage car l'insonorisation n'est pas au top (en particulier les chasses d'eau), mais sinon Ă  part l'Ă©troitesse des chambres (rien Ă  dire par rapport Ă  l'aspect qualitĂ©/prix), j'ai Ă©tĂ© pleinement satisfait de mon sĂ©jour, mĂȘme si en avançant dans la saison, il devient difficile de trouver Ă  dĂźner dans le coin. Ce serait super d'avoir i Merci pour la gentillesse du personnel d'accueil qui arrive Ă  bien personnaliser les clients. Bravo !

Pas de N° de rĂ©servation reçu aprĂšs mon pre-paiement. Du coup, obligĂ© d'attendre l'arrivĂ©e d'une autre voiture pour accĂ©der au parking et obligĂ© d'appeler le service assistance pour valider ma rĂ©servation et accĂ©der Ă  ma chambre. Le revĂȘtement de la chambre, lino en plastique un peu collant, n'est pas idĂ©al.

Horrible quand la femme de mĂ©nage frappe Ă  toute les portes Ă  9h30 en insistant pour faire la chambre ! Check out a 12h Aucun respect pour les voyageurs qui essayent de dormir . Et malgrĂ© notre refus elle a encore toquĂ© Ă  notre porte il a fallu s Ă©nerver pour l arrĂȘter. Honteux . Changer de politique
