The rooms are of modest size but you don’t book for the room nor to spend a lot of time in it. The surrounding environment is stunning and there’s a beautiful trailhead on your doorstep. We had a private terrace with magnificent views. Food in the restaurant is top notch too. Service is slow but you have nice views to entertain you while waiting.
Amazing setting with panoramic views of the valley below and mountains. Food is really good. Service is pretty tense, very rushed, slap stuff down on the table, take a long time to come back to you, snappy responses to simple questions. So what attitude. Rooms are also very small. Something more akin to a short stay airport hotel
Lovely, clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff (especially Renaud), in a lovely, beautiful part of Provence (foot of St Victoire mountain). As we were staying during a particularly hot period the swimming pool was really appreciated (and virtually empty most of the time). If you are staying for a few days you will need a car though, as it is quite isolated...
The hotel is greatly located in a very calm village far away from the buzz with a wonderful view for people looking for calm.
The disadvantage was the personnel we found rude and the cleanliness disappointing including the cleaning lady.
Admittedly the owner/boss tried his best to support and was very helpful and polite. I recommended him to change the staff.
In such a place as a tourist you look for a supportive and caring stuff and especially cleanliness in such a beautiful property of 8 rooms.
We wish the owner good luck with his staff.
