Good location for onset. Bathroom smellish and bed linen spotted. All the rest was in order. Staff very helpful. There is no shuttle service to downtown Aizu Wakamatsu.

いつも大変満足しています。

出張の時は、いつも泊まらせて頂いています。 大変気に入っております。 本館の温泉は最高です。 歩いて3分くらいで着くので。 ただ、部屋に関して不満がありました。 いつもは問題ないのですが 今回は、清掃が行き届いていませんでした。 本館のスタッフ様に、その旨は伝えました。 次回から、気をつけていただければと思います。

ロビーがなく、少し歩いた場所の別のホテルが受付場所だった。天気が悪い場合は、かなりストレスになったはず。 ホテルも、おそらく以前マンションか何かを改装したっぽく、色々とわかりにくい入り口だった。 エレベーターも狭く、インバウンドでスーツケーキの場合1人しか入れないし、エレベーターが2階にあり外階段で上がってから入るのでそれも不便だった。

温泉と朝食がとても良かったです。 温泉はとにかく眺めが良かったのと、温度もちょうど良かったです。 本館まで離れてますが、それほど気になりません。 気になるとしたら、1回からエレベーターで上がれない点は、妊婦にとって少し大変でした。

安いから我慢しろってことかな？

駐車場の雪かきが不十分で大変止めづらく出しにくい。トイレのウォッシュレットが壊れていた。給湯が出ないとフロントに聞いたら、15分ぐらい出しっぱなしにしないとお湯にならないとのこと、確かにそうでした。

本館が滝の湯なのですがお風呂を利用する際や食事は本館に行く必要があります。内風呂もありますがユニットバスなのでよろしくありません。エレベーターが2階からで階段を登っていく必要がある為重い荷物やたくさんの荷物を持っている場合は苦労します。飯盛山などにも近くロケーションは良いです。自分としては次回は本館に泊まりたいと思います。

環境、場所ともにいいです

仕事で利用させていただきましたが フロントの場所等わかりづらい点はありますが 問題なくチェックインできました 部屋も一人で使うには十分な広さです トイレ、シャワーは多少狭いですが、瀧の湯本館のお風呂が使用できますので湯冷めに気を付ければ、ほてった体の湯冷ましにちょうどいい距離でした。 雪がない時でしたらいい距離感だと思います

快適だが繁忙期の素泊まり料金にしては高め

帰省での宿泊で、大人3名でしたが快適でした。 本館の風呂も湯気で人の顔もわからず、気を使うことなくのんびり出来ました。 ただ、冬場の入浴は車移動がベストだと痛感しました。 年末年始ではありますが、素泊まりでこの料金は考えていただきたい。

東山温泉のビジネスホテルになります。 本館は少し離れ、朝食もお風呂(内風呂はある)も本館なので、多少面倒。 駅前が取れなかったのでこちらにお世話になりましたが、ビジネスホテルなら東山温泉は ちょっと不都合が多い。 但し、部屋そのものはとてもキレイでした。

予約日時を間違えてしまっていたことに気づかず、いったら3日前から予約は入ってますので支払ってくださいと言われました。 普通予約客が3日も来なければ電話の一つもするものではないでしょうか？

本館の温泉と朝食は良かったが、夕食を食べる所、買うお店がほとんどない。 ホテルの売店の飲み物が高すぎる。大浴場の前にシャンプー、洗顔を小さなカップに入れてお風呂に持って行くのも煩わしい。お風呂には別のシャンプーあるのだから、カップ用意するならその分売店に品物置いてほしい。 部屋の配電盤のカバーが壊れていて半開きになっていて、息子が頭をぶつけた。 きちんと閉まるようにしておくべきでは？ お盆時期だから仕方ないが、あれでは高すぎる。多分二度と行かない。

エレベーターに難あり

エレベーターが2階にあり、到着フロアも中段のため、部屋のフロアまで数段上り下りしないといけない。しかもボタンが壊れていて、最上階のフロアには止まりません。

エレベータを１階から使えるようにして欲しい

部屋のエアコンのにおいが臭すぎる。 変則エレベータなので１階から荷物を乗せることが出来ないので、連泊する際大きな荷物だと２階まで階段を上がり更に上階への階段を経由しないと運べない。 正直次回からは遠慮したい感じがする。
