The area is safe and secure, with public transport and app based transport - Uber/ Bolt available. Room service is also very prompt and available most of the time. "This was quite frustrating and unprofessional experience as u reached to hotel, the receptionist clearly said that they do not hold booking for online without any prior payment. Since it is swain time they will book through counter only or advance payment booking. I was forced to book hotel at higher rates of 6.5k on counter with compromised rooms availability. Seeing their attitude, it was looking fishy behaviour so I’d decided to go for other option.
